So far, so good! Started the diet today. I was still hungry after the tiny breakfast, but with the snack I was fine. Lunch was pretty filling (grilled chicken , romaine, and vinaigrette) and I am now learning that I actually don’t like lime Jell-O. Oh, well… I can handle it for a couple of days. I am praying that this is the right course of action for both of us… With all of my food issues, this should get me pointed in the right direction.
